Resolutions, it can be an ugly word. Don’t feel pressured to make one just because it’s a new year. Remember new years come around every year! What matters is your commitment and focus on what you are doing now.
So what do you want? Better health? A change in diet? A happier life? That’s for you to decide. Take time to really evaluate what it is you are aiming for. Don’t take things on a whim, your life is too short and too important for that.
